Hi, I'm Michelle, and 35 years ago, my husband Richard and I started a recruitment business from our home. Our journey began with the desire to work for ourselves, make a positive impact on people's lives and create a business centred around people, values and culture.
Over the years, our entrepreneurial spirit led us to start multiple businesses, all of which revolve around the core principles of putting people first. Today, our portfolio of five businesses employs over fifty dedicated individuals, generating an annual turnover of close to ten million pounds.
The transition from the role of CEO to Consultant and Coach, has provided me the opportunity to be very intentional about how I spend the rest of my career. It’s now all about giving back.
